Reginald Abas

Who: Spanish Reginald Abas became a council member at the age of forty, after having worked twelve years as a forensic research analyst for the Brotherhood. He is Koos van der Merwe’s right-hand-man and acts as a liaison between the Council and other departments within the organization.
